Instructions of Cyberabad Police Commissioner Sri Sandeep Shandilya and

     On the instructions of Cyberabad Police Commissioner  Sri Sandeep Shandilya and Rachakonda Police Commissioner Sri Mahesh Bhagawat an Orientation lecture session was organised jointly by Cyberabad Joint police commissioner, Rachakonda Joint police commissioner and the Directorate of Prosecutions, TS Vyjayanthi today i.e., on 22-07-2017 at Cyberabad Police Commissionerate office, Gachibowli as part of legal Awareness programme to Police Officers of both Commissionerates. The main concept of the programme is to train all the officers to improve the professional skills and knowledge among investigating officers on various amendments in laws and procedural aspects in investigating cases. All the police officers in Cyberabad and Rachakonda were trained about how to Investigate the cases related to drugs and Narcotics.  Director of   prosecutions Mrs. Vyjanthi In coordinattion with Prosecutions dept. Director of   prosecutions C. Ramu arranged public prosecutors for this session. Deputy director of prosecutions addressed during this session that all the Police Officers have to improve investigation skills related to Drugs cases. He explained about NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Pscychotropic Substances) act, 1985. What are the provisions of law ,how to conduct panchanama , what is the seizure procedures and what are the protocols to be followed etc. to the police officials. Suryapet Additional public prosecutor M. Satyanarayana explaines SC, ST Poa Act 1989, new amendments. AP prosecutor Bichkundu clarified doubts of police about NDPS act. In the programme Cyberabad Joint CP Shanwaj Khasim IPS, Rachakonda Joint CP Tarun Joshi, Dy. Director of Prosecution Sri Ramu, DCP (Crimes) Cyberabad, Janaki Sharmila, DCP (Crimes) Rachakonda Daravath Janaki, Addl. Sri Chandra Shekar, PP, Ranga Reddy Dist, Madapur Acp Ramana kumar, Kukatpally Acp Bhujanga Rao, T.G.O’s PP forum president Krishna murthy, Asst. Commissioners of Police, Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors from both commissionerates participated in the programme.
