ONE MORE KEY OFFENDER ARRESTED WHO HAVE CHEATED THE MAGMA HOUSING FINANCE COMPANY BY CREATING AND PRODUCING FALSE AND FAKE DOCUMENT BY IMPERSONATING TO PROCURE HOUSE LOAN TO A TUNE OF RS.80 LAKSH : BY THE CCS POLICE, HYDERABAD CITY
On the complaint of Sri. G. Anand Babu Goud, Asst. Legal Manager, C/o. Magma Housing Finance situated at Room.No.301 and 302, 3rd floor Mandhana Towers, Dharam Karam Road, Ameerpet, Hyderabad registered a case in Cr.No.254/2016 406, 419, 420, 466, 471 r/w 120 (B) IPC and took up investigation.
The accused Addagatla Prabhakar s/o Late A. Thirupathaiah, aged about – 64 years, Occupation: Proprietor of Cyber Café with name as style as Baba Net situated at Rizmental Bazar, Gopalapuram, Secunderabad r/o H.No.1-6-185/A, Bapuji Nagar, Musheerabad, Hyderabad was arrested by CCS Police on 21-02-2017 at 2030 hours.
The accused Addagatla Prabhakar, Cinta Santosh Kumar along with his wife colluded each other prepared false and fake legal heir certificate with pretext it was issued by MRO, Musheerabad, Hyderabad and impersonate with lady to get registered a house property to an extent of 433.4 Sq. Yards situated at Bapuji Nagar, Musheerabad, Hyderabad on name of Cinta Santosh Kumar and his wife Smt. Indravathi. The said documents mortgaged and procured loan to a tune of rupees 80 lakhs approximately from the Magma Housing Finance by cheating and submitting false and fake certificates and misappropriated the amount.
The arrest of the accused is done, under the close supervision of Sri. K. Ram Kumar, Asst. Commissioner of Police, (WCO) A – Division, CCS, Hyderabad. Sri. K. Laxminarayana, Sub-Inspector of Police, CCS, DD, Hyderabad investigated the case and Special Teams deputed to arrest other accused who have cheated the MAGMA HOUSING FINANCE company.
