Hyderabad, April 7 . Sri Mohammed Ali Shabbir, Opposition  leader  in Telangana Legislative council  has  received    the  unique and prestigious  MWRD award  of the  greater  city of  Chicago  , USA for his  stellar contribution in water conservation and  water reclamation efforts  in city of  Hyderabad during 2004-2014.

The  former  minister and congress leader  Sri  Shabbir   is the first  indian to receive   this  prestigious  CITATION  AND PROCLAMATION FOR THE  MWRD 

In his acceptance speech at a glittering  event  held  in  Chicago  town  by the MWRD  board  on April 6th .  Sri Shabbir  said  the honour  was a kudos  and another  feather  in the cap of Telangana and explained  about  the Hyderabad city water augmentation program taken up by the GHMC,and HMDA during Congress Regime by keeping the Demand for next 25 years, he appreciating the  water conservation and  reclamation campaign of the  MWRD at Chicago and  invited the officials and  MWRD Chairman Mr Frank Aliva  to  visit  Hyderabad  for a personal experience  of the  initiatives .
 
Earlier the MWRD Chairman Mr Frank Aliva who presented the prestigious MWRD PROCLAMATION to  Sri Shabbir Ali  . The Proclamation Resolution  is a unique  record known all over USA and is a permanent Record of honor  introducing  the veteran congress leader  Sri .Shabbir his work for humanity and vision for  development with human touch for research work  on  water resources  issues  in India at all Universities

Speaking on the occasion  he said the  MWRD of Greater Chicago  had also entered into  an MoU with the   Krishna University Machilipatnam AP for Research and Development. This Proclamation Resolution will recognition all over USA and It will Have Permanent Record to know any one about Mr.Shabbir and any University  Can have Research on him about  Shabbir Growth and His work for Humanity.

Prominent among others present at the solemn event were Syed Riaz Hussaini, Khaja Moinuddin, Jatinder Singh Bedi.   During his stay  at the US till  April 17th, Sri Shabbir will be visiting several prominent cities to study health, water conservation and other issues .

    On 07-04-2017, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad, busted a cricket betting racket and apprehended 03-persons namely viz., 1) Sonu Agarwal, 2) Singhal Vaibhav Agarwal and 3) Sandeep Singh at Anupama Lodge, Malakpet, Hyderabad, and seized net cash of Rs.74,000/-, 01-Laptop and 03-Cell phones, from their possession.

Modus Operandi:
On 07.04.2017, on a tip off East Zone Task force Team conducted a raid on M/s Anupama Lodge, Malakpet, Hyderabad, and apprehended the accused, who were accepting cricket betting in an organized manner and collecting amounts for their personal gains, for ongoing match in between Gujrat Lions Vs Kolkata Knight Riders at Rajkot, India.

The accused Sonu Agarwal, Vaibhav Agarwal both are brothers R/o Saroornagar, and their friend  Sandeep Singh belongs to Dhoolpet, Hyderabad, hatched a plan to earn easy money by accepting cricket betting in an organized manner in Hyderabad city during ongoing IPL -2017 Cricket matches. For this they have set up a laptop in the lodge, from there the accused persons have been taking online betting using cell phones etc, The accused persons have some permanent customers/ punters and during cricket matches the customers/punters contact the accused and bet the amount based on the betting ratio sent by the accused through what's App to the customers. Usually this betting ratio figure send by one Mukesh to the accused through What's App application in turn the accused send the betting ration to the punters. For providing update betting rates they use to pay Rs.1,000 to Rs.2,000/- per match to Mukesh. After receiving cricket betting rates from Mukesh the same was forwarded to their known punters through phone and accepting betting directly and indirectly and collecting amounts from punters and they use to entry of betting amount details in their laptop.

The apprehended accused along with seized property were handed over to S.H.O Malakpet PS, for taking further action.

    The above arrest was made under the supervision of SRI N. KOTI REDDY, Addl. Dy. The brief facts of the case : -

    Today i.e. on 08-04-2017 in the morning hours, on a tip off the Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, apprehended a notorious gang of drug rocket consisting of 05-persons including two Nigerian Nationals Opp: Deccan Park, Seven Tombs, Golconda with the assistance of Golconda Police and seized 65 grams of Cocaine, One Honda City Car, One KTM (Duke) Bike, net cash of Rs.90,000/- and 10-Cell phones, from their possession.

    During interrogation the accused Rotimi Olusola Kehinde @ Sola @ Sultan and Omidiji Idee confessed that both of them have come on business Visa from Nigeria Country. They used to do cloth business in India. Previously the accused Rotimi Olusola Kehinde @ Sola @ Sultan was caught by Hyderabad City police while he was selling the Narcotic drugs and he was detained under PD Act in 2015 by Jubilee Hills police. After releasing from jail the A-1 Rotimi Olusola Kehinde @ Sola @ Sultan joined hands with A-2 Omidiji Idee and used to procure the drugs through A-2 “Omidiji Idee”. The A-1 Sola fearing about the surveillance over him by police as he is in police records, he lured the A-3 Ravi Teja, who is B-Tech III year student of Hyderabad based college and getting sold the drugs to his old and known customers at higher price. At the behest of A-1, the A-2 used to get the contraband Narcotic drug i.e. Cocaine, etc., from Goa for Rs.1500/- per each gram and hand over to A1, in turn A1 sells it to the known and old customers through A-3 Ravi Teja at higher price there by earning easy money.  The accused used to move on KTM bike (Duke) in this trafficking of contraband Narcotic drugs (Cocaine, etc.,).
    Today when the trio i.e. A-1 Rotimi Olusola Kehinde @ Sola @ Sultan, A-2 Omidiji Idee and A-3 Ravi Teja came to sell the contraband Narcotic drug (Cocaine) to the A-4 Khaja Fazil Sheriff, and A-5 Mohit Opp: Deccan Park, Seven Tombs, Golconda, the police conducted a raid, apprehended all the accused persons and seized the Cocaine and other incriminating materials from them.
    The arrested accused along with seized property were handed over to SHO, Golconda PS, for judicial remand.

    The above arrests and seizures were made under the supervision of Sri. N.Koti Reddy, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad City, by Sri S. NOTE ON THE INCIDENT OCCURRED ON 07.04.2017 IN THE LIMITS OF

BEGUMPET P.S.

On 07.04.2017 around 1615 hrs. the receptionist of Begumpet P.S.

informed about the complaint from one Jayaram, 45-years, Private Job that

his son in-law viz. P. Ramu s/o P. Yellaiah, 29-years, was harassing and

teasing her minor daughter Radhika regularly both families resided at

Patigadda, Begumpet. On the issue of being teased by own son in-law

(Menalludu) Jayaram’s family were conducting Panchayath for past two days

at their residence at Patigadda to put pressure on ‘Ramu’ that if he doesn’t

mend his ways and not listen to the elders, they will be forced to lodged a

Police complaint. In this context, both the parties approached the Police

Station Begumpet around 1615 hrs. On being informed to Sri. Ravinder, Sub-
Inspector of Police, Sector in-charge of Begumpet P.S., a petition was taken

and the contents of the petition as transcribed below.

“Brief facts of the complaint are that D. Jayaram came to the Police

Station along with his daughter by name D. Radhika (Victim), 16-years, and

his brother Kishan (deceased father in-law), and his son in-law P. Ramu

(Deceased), Kishan’s daughter by name Rajini (Wife of the deceased) and son

in-law Ramu, mother by name Renuka (deceased mother) stated that Ramu

harassed/teased his minor daughter Radhika since 4-months ago.” Hence,

they requested to take necessary action.

The complaint was not interested to lodge a F.I.R. against Ramu, as he

is son in-law of the complainant. He further requested to warn the accused,

not to harass/tease his daughter, further Ramu’s mother told that his son is

not taking the food from the past 3-days and is depressed due to continuous

Panchayath. On the complaint, concerned SI counselled him before family

members and registered a petty case vide Petty Case No. Hyd20PC1710018

u/s 70 (c) C.P. Act and asked to produce on Monday after collecting copy of

Aadhar. After that, the above mentioned family members left the Police Station

at about 1700 hrs. . Later at his home, it is learnt that Ramu complained of

Giddiness, due to lack of rest and food for the past three days. They

approached the local Physician Dr. Bhaskar Rao at Patigadda, Begumpet

around 1915 hrs. After diagnosing him, the Doctor has informed them that

everything is normal and suggested him to take rest and they returned home.

Later Ramu suffered from Giddiness, for which they approached KIMS Hospital

at about 2025 hrs. where the Duty Doctor diagnosed and wrote the alleged

cause as unknown and that the patient was unconscious since half an hour

and then declared his death.

He was shifted to Gandhi Hospital around 2230 hrs. by the local Police

and after that Begumpet P.S. received information from KIMS Hospital.

The deceased Ramu was for a very brief time in the Police Station i.e.

from 1615 hrs. to 1700 hrs. during which legal process of booking case taken

place in the presence of the family members and they left the Police Station at

about 1700 hrs. The deceased was allegedly starving for three days due to

Panchayath held with respect to the issue at their home among family

members and complained of giddiness later at home. Further it is learnt that

the deceased was a chronic diabetic patient.
