The officers of Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Cyberabad cracked down a case of Cheating in the name of Sang Pariwar upadhi management pvt. Ltd and other companies run by Methuku Ravinder, CEO (A-1) and Kum. Pulamgari Mounika (A6) who were arrested on 14.12.2018. In continuation of the arrests in Cr.No.521/2018 U/s 420 IPC and Sec.5 of Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999, (APPDFE Act, 1999) of PS Shamirpet, Cyberabad. on 24.12.2018 in the EOW of Cyberabad police have arrested the following accused persons. Remaining Directors are at large. The accused were arrested by G. Hanumanth Rao, Inspector of Police, EOW, Cyberabad and team.

During the fortnight i.e. from 01-08-2017 to 15-08-2017 as many as 364 cases of Drink and Drive have been booked against the violaters in the limits of Cyberabad Commissionerate and were produced before the concerned courts. A total of 40 persons were convicted with imprisonment ranging from 2 to 13 days and above and collected fine amount 33,470 rupees.

In order to make the Ganesh festival event peaceful and sucessful
Cyberabad Police commissioner Sandeep Shandilya has given some instructions (guidelines) to the organisers of the ganesh pandals.organisers should get NOC from concerned police station. Organisers apply online through the Cyberabad police website and submit the print copy to their concerned police station.

Cp has issued instructions/guidelines for erection of Ganesh
pandals, idols and immersion processions for the ensuing ‘Ganesh
Chaturthi’.

- The police imposed a ban on loud speakers and would only
permit box-type speakers, which should not exceed 55 decibels
during morning hours and 45 decibels in the night. These
should be used only between 6 am and 10 pm during the 9-day
festivities.

- Guidelines have also been issued regarding safe electric wiring
to avoid short-circuits and arrangement of parking places at
particular distance from pandals to avert traffic congestions. –

- Usage of banners, colours and fireworks is strictly restricted.

- The police appealed to the religious leaders not to deliver
speeches and statements against other religions, and the people
to maintain the city clean.

- Organisers have to take NoC from the owner of the premises
where the idol is to be installed and the same has to be placed in
such a way that it does not violate peace and flow of traffic. -
No unauthorised electricity connections would be allowed for
pandals, the police said.

- Box type sound systems should be used instead of loud speakers
and sound systems should not be used during the night between
10 pm and 6 am as per High Court order.

- Those installing idols in the cellars of building complexes and
those taking them out for processions would have to apply for
clearance.

- The commissioner categorically stated that in the name of the
festival, no collection of 'chanda' would be allowed.

As a part of implementing Telangana Government’s Safe, Smart and friendly policing, the Cyberabad Police has always been in the forefront in implementing technology initiatives in the service delivery to the public.
Till now, for the submission of the applications to get permissions for the events, the organizers have to come to the Commissionerate in person. Cyberabad Police with an intention to reach out to the public for an efficient service delivery and for speediness in the process, transparency and accountability has initiated an integrated web application for the citizens to apply online for the Events Permission. This application is developed by the Centre for Good Governance (CGG), Hyderabad. The citizens can visit Cyberabad Police website and apply for the events, 7 days in advance of the event, in the citizen services section in URL www.cyberabadpolice.gov.in. Using online services, the citizens need not come to the Commssionerate for applying Event Permissions.
This web based integrated Events Permission application allows all the stakeholders to check the status online and Commissionerate staff to dispose the applications online. This application is conceptualised and commissioned to avoid inconvenience to the public. Events Permissions is a very user friendly application and is linked to the Aadhaar number or Mobile Number for authentication of users through One Time Password (OTP) for online submission of application. This application has special features such as alerting the staff whenever an application is received, pendency at each level etc. It also enhances the internal efficiencies of the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, and brings transparency and accountability in the hierarchy of the Commissionerate. The web based integrated application for Events Permissions was developed by CGG under the able guidance of. Sri Rajendra Nimje Ex IAS, DG, CGG, Ms Arpita Khare, Director, Ms Jyothi V, Project Manager, Mr.Nayab Rasool, Project Leader, Mr.Mahesh, Team Leader & Ms.Nalini, Project Associate after a detailed analysis of the type of events which are prevalent in the jurisdiction of Cyberabad  Commissionerate.This application was conceptualised and deployed under the able supervision of Sri Sandeep Shandilya IPS, Commissioner of Police, Sri Shahnawaz Qasim IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police, Smt Dr. G.Janaki Sharmila, DCP Crimes, Sri S.Jayaram, ACP, Sri Satish IT Consultant, Sri B.Narsimha Reddy SI, IT Cell and other team members worked on it for two months. The web based integrated application system for Events Permission is available for public use from 14.07.2017. Cyberabad Commissionerate is also planning to bring Shops and Establishments online process into existence in due course.

On 22.07.2017 at 5 P.M., on reliable information, the agricultural officer, Shamshabad Mandal has raided the tin sheet shed situated in Sy. No. 133/134, in the limits of Thondupally Village belonging to Smt Somana Maheshwari, W/o. Sudarshan Reddy, R/o. Madhura Nagar, Shamshabad and found suspected to be adulterated various seeds, bio products and manufacturing dates expiry seeds etc., concealed in the tin sheet to be sold. The A1 Peddireddy Ravichandra Reddy, S/o. Late Adi Narayana Reddy, age 41 yrs, Occ: Proprietor, M/s. Bionex Crop Science Pvt., Ltd., Athapur, Rajendranagar, R/o. Plot. No. 102, Opp: Rockl International School, Kokapet Village, Gandipet Mandal, R.R. District, N/o. H. No. 9/1, Sangeethampally Village, Amadaguru Mandal, Kadiri (Taluq), Ananthapur District, Andhra Pradesh State was taken in to custody and seized the following under a cover of panchanama in the presence of mediators.

The accused had no possessed with any valid license of permit to sale or stock the aforesaid various seeds as well as other bio products in the godown  at Thondupally village. Whereas he had a license for the sale of seeds and bio products and godown at Rallaguda, Shamshabad.  
The accused had stocked the said various suspected to be adulterated seeds and other bio products, manufacturing date expiry seeds in the said sheet stealthily to make dark business and to cheat the farmers for their wrongful gain.
The accused A2 Chinthala Manoj Kumar, S/o. Shankar Rao, age 50 yrs, Occ: business, and A3 Chinthala Shruthi, W/o. Manoj Kumar, both R/o. Brindavan colony, Ootpally Village, Shamshabad Mandal are absconding. Soon they will be arrested.
